The new iPad Pro is getting closer to release and has customers wondering what will the new design be? Here at Gadgets Fix, we want to be one step ahead of the competition. With the new M1 chip, Apple’s fastest yet. A Mini-LED Liquid Retina XDR display which will be better than OLED in terms of Brightness, Contrast, and reliability. Mini-LED has the ability to reach up to 1000 nits in brightness, standard displays are in the 300-400 region. Another key feature about the Mini-LED displays is that they wont suffer screen burn like the OLED displays do. Apple’s other improvements include, a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate. Previously, Apple has only used 120Hz in the 2017 iPad Pro which was 120Hz Touch not Display. The main difference between this is that the device will scan for touch input 120x per second but only refreshes the screen image 60x per second. Apple has used 90Hz refresh rates in their newer phones such as the 11 and 12 series phones. The new iPad Pro has been rumoured to have up to 10 hour battery life, the same as the previous years model.

As well as the faster refresh rates, better CPU and better looking screens thanks to Mini-LED. The iPad Pro will have a display quality between 1080p and 4K at 2732×2048 or 2388×1668 with 264PPI (Pixels Per Inch) The new iPad Pro will have major performance upgrades too, 16GB of RAM will be included in the new iPad Pro, instead of the 6GB RAM included in the previous model. Another huge improvement with the new iPad is the storage capacity. Apple has upgraded to allow up to 2TB (2000GB) of storage on their new iPad Pro. As for cameras, the new iPad will feature a similar camera assembly to the iPhone 12 line-up, it even includes the LiDAR scanner.
